Service and accounts

Stylacal provides scheduling software for businesses and their authorized users. A customer is responsible for its account, authorized users, account information and use of the service. A person accepting terms on behalf of an organization must have authority to bind it.
Bookings and customer data
Businesses determine their services, availability, prices, booking and cancellation policies and their communications with clients. Businesses are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions, providing required notices and handling their obligations to clients. See the Privacy Notice and proposed data processing terms.
Payments and third parties
Fees, plan limits, renewals and cancellation terms must be confirmed in the applicable order or checkout. Third-party payment and integration providers have their own terms. Appointment disputes and refunds are ordinarily handled by the business providing the appointment, subject to applicable law and provider terms. See the draft Refund Policy.
Use and availability
Users must comply with applicable law and the Acceptable Use Policy. Service features may change or be interrupted. Suspension and termination, service levels, warranties, liability, dispute resolution, governing law and notices require finalized contractual terms.
