A data processing addendum is being prepared. This page is a draft and does not itself establish a completed or executed data processing agreement.
Scope and roles
When a business uses Stylacal to manage appointment data, the business generally decides the purposes of that processing and Stylacal processes the data on its behalf. The precise roles depend on the circumstances. Account administration and other processing for Stylacal’s own purposes are addressed in the Privacy Notice.
Matters for the agreement
The agreement needs verified details of the parties, processing instructions, duration, data types and people affected, confidentiality, security measures, assistance with rights and incidents, deletion or return, audits, and sub-processor authorization and objections. It must also address any applicable international transfer mechanism, including completed annexes and the correct modules where required.
Services connected or configured by a customer may have separate terms. The final agreement should distinguish those services from providers engaged by Stylacal. Contact us through the contact page about data processing terms.
